FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

We offer complimentary standard shipping on every order shipped within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and you will never be asked to pay for shipping.

How quickly will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays). If you place your order after 2:00 PM Pacific Time, it will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to addresses located within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any international destinations.

How long does delivery take?

After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. Actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with a network of trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier for your specific order is selected automatically based on your shipping address and the size of your package. All carriers are independent third-party service providers.

What if I entered the wrong address?

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address you provided was incorrect, we will notify you via email. You will be asked to pay a re-shipping fee before we send your order again.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@elfcosmeticcs.com within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier after the package has been dispatched.
