FREE RETURNS ON ALL ELIGIBLE ORDERS
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make returns easy and free. No restocking fees. No return shipping costs. We provide a prepaid return label for all authorized returns.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Any request submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
What can I return?
To be eligible for a free return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- The item is unused (not applied, worn, or tested beyond opening the original packaging)
- The item is in its original packaging (including all seals, tags, and inserts)
- The return is due to a quality issue (product defect, wrong item received, or missing components)
Returns requested for any other reason – such as “changed my mind” or “did not like the color” – will not be accepted.
What cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day window has closed
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)
How do I start a free return?
Follow these simple steps:
- Email our support team at info@elfcosmeticcs.com with your order number, the reason for return (defect, wrong item, or missing components), and photos showing the issue (if possible).
- Within 1 to 2 business days, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any carrier location shown on the label.
- Keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Do not send returns without a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be discarded.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1 to 2 business days. After we issue the refund, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot issue refunds to a different credit card or PayPal account.
What about partial refunds?
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. Examples include:
- The item shows signs of use or damage that were not reported at the time of your return request
- Parts or accessories are missing that were not reported
- The return is received after the 30-day window (the refund amount may be reduced or denied)
